About
Charlie (she/her) is in her junior year at WWU majoring in Psychology and Communication Studies. Charlie centers restorative justice principles in her work by prioritizing human connection, communication, and accountability. In her first year at WWU, Western Success Scholars provided a community and a safety net that helped her transition to life in Bellingham.
Having experienced poverty, food insecurity and loss of parents to death and prison, Charlie understands the struggles of entering adulthood without a support system. With experience working in Crisis, Charlie is trained in de-escalation, safety planning, and resource coordination. With a values-centered approach, Charlie can offer support in finding campus resources, processing life changes, building meaningful relationships and conflict resolution.
